Nice place to work. All employees are very good co-operative and friendly. Office politics is totally missing. All is bothered about what you work not how you work. Management is very friendly even you can call CEO Mr.Tripathi without hesitation at any point of time when required.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
