There are many things, i will pindown here so everyone who wants to join can have a true picture getting into this firm 1. Worst work culture as every senior management person will be behind you to get work done and if there is any mistake done by seniors people they will blame it on junior staff so there will be work pressure alongwith it there will be blame game to played by your seniors on you 2. No encouragement at all 3. Worst work life as you need to report 10 am while there is no end time as it can go upto next day morning 6am as i have done with several other colleagues and mind you for several days 4. No upper management support or hand holding rather be ready to get bash if work is not happen according to seniors expectation while is impossible to achieve so no increment no promotion (promotion will be given but with 5 to 6% increment which is below average as per industry) 5. Exploitation factory of new entrants in industry like management trainees, graduate trainees, as upper management from Regional and above will harass you to maximum and also will threaten you to spoil your career if you say your current situation in market or bad mouth about company to anyone. 6. They will try to make to sign bond with company for atleast 1 year and can go upto 2 to 3 years and this is binding only on employee as Aadhar can terminate you giving any XYZ reason and spoil your career so you will be considered bad person in industry and not company 7. No bonus or increament as penny is distributed at lower employees like manager and below while huge bonuses are distributed in head office people and upper management because of which people are working in HO for more than 5 years There are many more to add but still of anyone joins it can share later here so we can save lifes and career of many.
