Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management Is transparent. At the joining time I joint as a management trainnee Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus.

There is a lot of politics in bellow management. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

The job is quite interesting. I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no normal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

After completion of KRA work they pressurize for the work which is allocated to others I. E. No difined KRA Also there is no value of good work and employees

The company is good to work with in the field of housing finance. Employee's compensation and other benefits is good and policy. The management of the company is too good.

Dislikes

This is the largest growing company in India in the segment of housing finance, so the working time schedule is too poor. Late night working from the mid month has been made like a culture in the company.
