Too much work load, not distributed evenly, the one who works properly is going to get more and more work,others are enjoying free time. On weekdays , need to work for 10-12 hrs.One of the head doesn't behave properly with female staff. You can listen constant comments. If you complaint to Boss, he doesn't take any action. Owner is extremely busy so doesn't have much time to look into office atmosphere. he is only concerned with deadlines ....Read More
