Too much work load, not distributed evenly, the one who works properly is going to get more and more work,others are enjoying free time. On weekdays , need to work for 10-12 hrs.One of the head doesn't behave properly with female staff. You can listen constant comments. If you complaint to Boss, he doesn't take any action. Owner is extremely busy so doesn't have much time to look into office atmosphere. he is only concerned with deadlines .

The projects and design overall.It will be a decent journey

There is just no growth no matter how you perform.No employee lasts more than 2-3 years.The employee turnover rate is extremely high since there is no flexibility in anything.

Very good Place to work at. Good exposure and great sense of responsibility. Cool Boss and colleagues to work along with. Salaries are met on Time. Weekends are off.

Paid leaves are less.

1.poor management account /hr department - 2.lot of politics and management doesn't address issues 3.career growth is slow 🐌 4.recommended for fresher uoto 3 year experience not good for senior people. 5.no proper management/ team for senior people 6.No mediclaim policy, no pf and no gratuity fund 7.favouritism - selected people get increment and promotions 8.paid leaves are very less
