The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, work for 14-15 hours straight in a day, weekends also working most of the time. Managers do not value an individua's unique strengths , they keep poking in again and again with changes always to trouble you despite of decision taken a way before and I take back my suggestions many a times.ido receive appreciation mails from clients as well , but mostly go unnoticed during appraisals also managers do appraisal without consent sometimes. Also there is no on-job training for fresher's ,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step wihch is a pain sometimes. The company is too judgemental , more than work they are interested in gossips....Read More

This company is not open to new innovations and ideas. Any policy can change anytime. They don't have any standard policy for everyone. Worst HR policies ever, which again changes and modifies as per their need. No work ethics.
