There is nothing to like after the CEO ( Mr. Tarun Katial) left. Even he has his negatives but at least we knew who we were dealing with but post his exit this place has become a tabela. Thanks to Asheesh for keeping the ship afloat otherwise this company would have been shut long ago.

After Mr. Tarun left, the place became a political battleground. The HR of this place is terrible of all especially the CHRO. I have seen people being called to her cabin to tell (warn) them of dire consequences if you don't stand when she is around you or talking to you. They have even sent legal notices to employees because they fear facing them, and it's all done by HR, discreetly so that no one knows. They fired a girl last week coz she was not able to join a meeting about her role as her father was in ICU battling life. There are plenty of things and I really plead with anyone going through this message to not join the company if there is an iota of work ethics in you. I think the place will become a heaven for employees if the entire HR team is fired, but that's too much to ask for. The lady who heads creative is far from being creative who has climbed up the ladder by buttering and faffing around senior management. Because of her a lot of people in the content and creative team have left. The man who supposedly looks after major functions is busy in the club behind the office. And the CEO is too good a human being looking at this madness from a distance....Read More
