The company has always put the health and mental well being of the employee first rather than their own policies and business. The vibe is always energetic. I never felt I'll be left out if I under perform, In fact my superiors have always supported me in my down time. This is my first corporate job and will be my last.

The company is amazing to work, career growth was good enough, which gives higher appraisals than competitors , Office politics is everywhere, but it's manageable, it gives a lot of opportunities as well, I got hands on experience on digital marketing informally as well

There was nothing as such. Little more knowledgeable & serious seniors towards radio would have been appreciated.
