I have seen things go a full circle. There were times when nothing was working out, all of us were feeling burned out, and despite working long hours there was no work satisfaction. But what a turn-around in the last 12 months. Now leadership is set and stable, good people-friendly policies like serving unlimited fruits all day long, variable pay disbursed quarterly, and performance ratings and evaluations are sorted. Nobody tracks when you are coming or leaving and there is full autonomy and freedom to work and express. Founders are also very accessible. I got full support from the leadership in setting up my own business and received great guidance and mentoring over the last year. I almost feel bad seeing the people pouring their frustration on company. This company is surely not for you if you are looking for a cushy place. Changing my review. Some newly added high ups (not so great high ups in human nature) treats people like daily wage earning labours. Nobody wants to work for a boss who does not respect their team members. Yes. you. If you are reading this. you know who it is. Everybody in the organisation knows who this persom is. Has zero respect for women. Talks typically and in obvious kind of way behind every person in the organisation. Although the CEOs knows every bit of the persons in the org. Well that said, he doesnt even respect his wife for that matter, who are we to expect more from him. Also, ever since this guy, the work environment has quite become toxic<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Firing people without notice and not even compensating the remaining salary fully</mark>. Basic is what you will get if they fire you for the days you have worked in the month. Caution- you'll understand the person whom im talking about, cause he is just so needy, despite being a director and tries so hard to act cool. Spoiler alert- he's not so cool. No no just don't go. I'm still waiting for FNF from almost 1 year. You never get reply on settlement reminder. Always change employees policy without intimating.
