The work culture is pretty neat. You’re required to complete your within the job hours. Extra hours are not counted & not required even. However, that’s the only plus point.

Dislikes

The company does not have any provision for growth or any learning/ development. You’re expected to make your own investment and grow by yourself. There’s no scope for promotion either. The management keeps adding to your job description however you’re not compensated for the additional work. Moreover, the increments are bare minimum. Later they realized the way they spend is harming their overall expenditures so they started laying off people during these crisis, pay cuts for employees who are currently working.
