Work-life balance , management problem, biased decision. They forced employees to complete the syllabus in 1 year and shut off the benglore location.. now they have branches only in Kerala.

You are not considered as a teacher here. You are an actor here. No Career growth - You will remain in the same post for years No salary appraisal - You will get the same salary for years. No job security - You can be terminated at any hour. Work Environment - Worst Work-life balance - You have to work from Monday to Saturday till 6:30pm . If you go at 6:30pm, it is considered you are going early. That's the culture here. You don't have time for anything else. Office and location - It is located in some village with no buildings near you. Unsafe place. Not in a town or IT location. Office is like a room in a flat with no cabins or proper placing. Unprofessional. Accommodation and Food - You will get free accommodation just next to the company just to make you work overtime. Food is horrible in the mess. I worked there for 4 months but always remember there is no job security they can terminate anyone they want and it is based on your posture , colour ,size they select you then they ask U to relocate and onces U come they notice U and if U are not doing acting , makeup if you don't look good if you don't do what they want they put you in review and suddenly without any notice they terminates you. Work culture is very hectic those who wants to do actual teaching plz don't go there to all the people who studied in English medium if you are a north indian they will put you in Hindi section where U have to learn the Hindi NCERT and dictate it ...it's totally acting learn and dictate it's not a teaching at all. Actually if you will go there U will forget the teaching things . Management don't listen to you if you have a problem then they just say what they want to say they don't care about your mental and physical health . They ask to do reshoots for the chapter which is not at all easy and for Hindi teacher they want them to copy English teacher exactly the same . C'mon man we are teachers not actor . I kindly request you don't go there it's not a teaching it's learning and dictation and politics . Company will give U accommodation so you will surely like it accordingly to the pay and free accommodation but trust me it's a jail where U have to come before 10 and all . Even on sick leave you have to show certificate means if you have fever and you took a sick leave without showing certificate they will deduct your salary . Management don't care about your mental and physical health . They pressurize alot . No proper timing for finishing work if you won't finish target they will not allow you to leave the office . Meeting are being conducted in regional language where you don't understand anything. Biased nature or management Judge people according to there appearance . No growth no excitement no learning atmosphere only a same routein everyday...Read More

Everything I have explained before but still if you are a bright student don't go there no growth there partial environment is there . And there is not growth at all only thing is comfort zone where U will feel comfortable bcoz you will get accommodation
