Free Accommodation. Rooms are good but it is a trap to make people stay in there office premises for long to get maximum productivity.

I have a list. I shall request all the freshers to read it before joining 90+ 1. Some days they will make you work for more than 20 hrs a day on the context of completing project and would make you work for extra hours without any compensation for those extra hours. 2. They will treat you worse than primary school children.Since they provide accommodation , you have to inform them where you are going and you would have to return before 10 pm. 3. Management is the worst.They have a lot of politics going on.People close to the VP and Chairman are promoted. The Project Head is an arrogant lady who thinks she can change colours as a chameleon.The most interesting part is she would make you buy food online and never pay you back for it. 4. Talking about Job Security.There is None.They can throw u out anyday without a prior reason. All they want is a bunch of robots to work for them.First they make you feel like you are at the best place and console you saying that the pressure would be reduce after the project is completed. I have experienced it all.All FAKE PROMISES. 5. Talking about the content they make. First they tell you to complete it as soon as possible without looking much into the quality of the content. Then they throw out the people who did it. All they want is to get more investment and fill there pockets. They wanna compete with Byju's. 6. This aint a proper company. No proper policies. They change company rules every other week. A group of idiots running an ed-tech. My req to all job seekers : Join at your own risk....Read More
