6sense is one of the best places to work for because of the awesome culture and the amazing people. There are a plethora of growth opportunities for almost every role, which come as a part of a rapidly growing startup. The quality of work is really good and everyone gets to work on some really great projects

Dislikes

The work-life can be a bit difficult to maintain sometimes, but that is not because of the culture or pressure, but because the work is so interesting that you never really feel pressured. That said, it is never as bad or high pressure like say consulting

I work on some amazing data assets at 6sense. These data assets are like billions and billions of rows of data and we work on building product features on top of these assets and deriving analytics and insights.

6sense is a place with huge learning opportunities. The tech stack at 6sense is super awesome and cutting edge. Everyone here is super helpful and super fun. The icing on the cake is the company culture. The company has been extremely supportive of employees during the pandemic. We get flexible working hours, and everyone jumps in to cover for others. It's a super fun place to be in.

Work Details

I am Lead Engineer at 6sense and my work involves mostly around microservices in Python Django. As part of the job, I also get to play around with big data systems - Hive, Hadoop etc and databases such as Hbase, Aerospike, MySQL, Presto etc.
