Employees often feel undervalued and overwhelmed, with little to no opportunities for growth. The team morale is low, and the overall culture is toxic. I wouldn’t recommend Vitwo to anyone seeking a positive work experience.

The absence of training programs limits growth potential. 2. Discrimination Issues: I witnessed a noticeable culture of discrimination within the company. For instance, some employees receive the option to work remotely during bad conditions, while others are denied the same flexibility. This inconsistency creates a sense of unfairness and resentment among staff. 3.Inflexible Work Arrangements: ViTWO maintains a strict in-office policy that does not effectively accommodate employee needs. This rigidity is frustrating, especially when other companies prioritize employee well-being and flexibility. 4. Low Salary and Payment Delays: Compensation is significantly below industry standards, and salaries often arrive late. Management creates unnecessary complications during payment periods, adding to employee stress. 5.Rigid Policies: Time-bound policies are overly strict, making it difficult for employees to balance work and personal life. The leave policies are cumbersome and not supportive, leading to additional frustration. 6. Sandwich Policies: Management frequently implements "sandwich" policies—changes imposed without adequate consultation or explanation. Poor Communication from Management: Frequent advisories are sent via WhatsApp without prior discussion or input from employees.
