There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

There is too much of negativity in this company. Moreover your management doesnot trust you at all. They think of you as a labourer.. Management is involved at micro level which is not good . Management should be concerned about work completion . Bht instead of work completion management is concerned about another things. No work-life balance due to long job hours and moreover working saturday’s and no flexibility.. If you are late by 5 minute it will effect your salary. So no motivation, no ethics , no employment policy, basically nothing at all....Read More

Techonlogies are good but they dont give access to all.

Dislikes

Culture is bad. Will sign you bond and will not leave you. Abuses are normal. Increments depend on how much you roam arround directors and how good you are to directors. After leaving hrs will not recieve your calls and they will not complete your fnf. Even you are fresher and you dont have job, still 50 hertz is not a option to be considered. Do internship instead anywhere.
