Director has some puppets which are having a high salary. There is no HR policy actually, the director is real HR, and all their HR sit in Kolkata but the main office exists in Delhi. For 9.5 hours, you need to sit because your timings noted down by the receptionist otherwise definitely, your half-day salary will deduct. All senior persons are puppets of directors except one and their technical knowledge is below college dropouts but all are licking that's why they are in good positions. They hire freshers with hidden terms & conditions and then if you want to leave the company, they will demand money or relieve you in more than six or seven years. I covid pandemic, for only software team allows for WFH with a condition in which management doesn't give you any leave....Read More
