Horrible 1 year in this company. No respect for sales manager and sales people. Even peon have more respected staff thn sales people.

Buttering is the main key of success in such types of small scale lala chaap companies. No notice period accepted from staff as well as from management side immediate relieving is fashion here.No training for staff. HR is like a showpiece here. Didn't provide pick up & drop from home for Outstation visits who are far from decided route from company to visiting place even for early morning in winters like 6.30am or late night. No reliability of job even after too much hard work. They don't have much work but created a lots of workforce & just show off of working employees. Almost 90% staff changes every year. The work pressure is very high. Nothing is standardized in company. Everything is very dynamic and unstable. But Yes, there lot to learn in this messy job environment. Too much overtime and that without any compensation.
