They have good clients but incapable staff's. All employees not have domain knowledge of medical billing even trainers, TL also not good only they know about HIPAA that's it. First they need to hire good employees with strong medical billing knowledge than only expect growth else lose this business soon. Even Manager only person making conflict between team members. I have been here for two years and now i quit this job due to Very very worst management, sombu doods only stay back in this company. Manager and AM didn't know how to work, they are always put on the pressure to complete the target's. If anyone didn't met the target's and if you got error, they cut the salary up to 15k per month. Freshers don't come to this company, after 2 years also you will get the same salary. You will not get any appraisal's. Quality team is a sombu doods, they don't have any proper experience. If anyone knows sombu and druggers they will get promotions and increment....Read More
