1 - cooperative teammates and work location are the only good things about this company

where should I start ??? 1 - upper management is filled with non-technical guys who have no clarity on what they want and in which direction to go forward, even after you finish all the work assigned to you they will tell you are not working well because you are not asking for more work (they ask you to be available after office hours also for meetings, so no work balance also ) 2- tech stack is very poor and obsolete for data engineers and comprises no modern data tools. Hence, the learning opportunity is not that much and will affect when you interview for other companies. 3 - NO Job security, they first will promise you big things and next they can tell you are not needed just on the whim of the most senior position(he decides everything even without knowing anything). 4 - If you receive 20-30 percent of the bonus then consider yourself lucky, even after working all night long and on weekends this cycle of a continuous toxic work environment keeps going on , and i don't know for how long it will go more(i really hope they introspect and ponder on themselves and their working style)...Read More

The domain in which they are trying their foot is great. There will be lot of learning experience.

Dislikes

The place is unstable. They will first take you to the sky and then suddenly bring your below to the ground. The management talks something and does something. The management is trying to create a metric stream. Seems they trust only metric stream people in this world.

It is a budding start up and anyone who wants to learn and work at very fast speed,would love here. We solve problems here on daily basis, it is expected to solve problems end to end till deployment wether is software/data science project.

Well the only thing is you will be very busy on weekdays and sometimes on weekend too but taking challenges here is also a pride
