Worst Management, Top lead guys gets trust of management and play with the carrier of juniors, worst appraisal system only your bad performing days will be considered ur entire year's work will vanish in a 🫰. Not likely to join as a fresher u will get to learn but everything u have to do it on your own no one will be free to guide later u will end up with pip and ruined.

Too much politics, it's a family business. Too much monopoly of those family members, you need to butter everyone, specially those family members to get promotions and salary hike. South India biased company.
