Overall a very amazing experience working with a really hard working and supportive team and highly knowledgeable mentors, 4MM caters marketing solutions to most of the A list brands across industries so there is a lot to learn and embrace in the company. The salary is always on time. The annual offsite is enjoyable and amazing.

Employees working here are really friendly down to earth people. Best people to work with.

Dislikes

Exceptions- the bosses here are the worst ever one can work under. They don’t have humanity in them towards all their employees. In this company employees are made to slog, no motivation, no team motivation at all. Work environment- the base on which the company solely runs on. Here the salary increments are done according to the gossips between the bosses. There’s no work life balance as they make employees work on their weekends too. To me my work was the most important motto that kept me motivating. It was a challenging job. Pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring and the task is really too repetitive.
