Overall a very amazing experience working with a really hard working and supportive team and highly knowledgeable mentors, 4MM caters marketing solutions to most of the A list brands across industries so there is a lot to learn and embrace in the company. The salary is always on time. The annual offsite is enjoyable and amazing.

Here’s my review for 4MM work culture is good, a sense of teamwork is evident, people(including top bosses) are understanding in nature (just that a little short tempered at times). Work is really creative and you get all the freedom to work and apply your skills and ideas. No politics, no nonsense

Employees working here are really friendly down to earth people. Best people to work with.

Exceptions- the bosses here are the worst ever one can work under. They don’t have humanity in them towards all their employees. In this company employees are made to slog, no motivation, no team motivation at all. Work environment- the base on which the company solely runs on. Here the salary increments are done according to the gossips between the bosses. There’s no work life balance as they make employees work on their weekends too. This company has lost all their good clients cause of no team work and equality amongst the employees....Read More
