All employees were treated with fair and professional conduct. The work was challenging, every day being a new day. My manager and seniors were very knowledgeable, competent abd constructively demanding.

My manager and employees were too busy to take keen interest in my professional growth and progress as an individual. I did not receive a feedback even upon request at the end of my internship.

It was fun collaborating with my fellow interns. Deadlines were overwhelming and I frequently got reprimanded for not submitting my task in time. I found this pressurizing, and encroaching upon my eating, sleeping and leisure time.

The company conducts free webinars delivered by experienced medical practitioners. These webinars helped me gain much insight into my field of work - identifying important gene variants in cancer patients. These webinars are open to all. I still get notifications about upcoming webinars for whivh I can register and attend for free.
