Target base job nahi hai yeh mujhe pasand hai

3G field base management company me fresher aur experience dono ki salary same rehti hai. Yaha pe koi farak nahi padta aapko kitne experience ho. Salary fresher kee bhi 8000 aur experience walo kee bhi jyada se jyada 8000. Mene yaha 3 saal kaam Kiya hai aur 3 saal me sirf meri salary 1600 R.s hee badhi 2018 me join Hui thi tab salary 6900 R.s thi aur job pe resign dete waqt 8500 R.s thi. Aur salary date bhi 25/ 26/ 27 late hai....Read More

I struggled a bit in the begining as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within same team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
