3G field base management company me fresher aur experience dono ki salary same rehti hai. Yaha pe koi farak nahi padta aapko kitne experience ho. Salary fresher kee bhi 8000 aur experience walo kee bhi jyada se jyada 8000. Mene yaha 3 saal kaam Kiya hai aur 3 saal me sirf meri salary 1600 R.s hee badhi 2018 me join Hui thi tab salary 6900 R.s thi aur job pe resign dete waqt 8500 R.s thi.
