I love the team dynamics over there. As I joined the company as a fresher there was a lot in terms of learning and skill development. Good training programs are available.

- Leave policies are bad. - You may be worried after spending a year about your learning as work is repeated and less challenging most of the times. - Lot of senior managers who are worthless are still sticking to chair. They make the work environment bad sometimes.

I was happy with all aspects of this company. Great manager, great team leader, and all were good people there. Work culture is very smooth and I loved my stay there. I would wish to join this company again, if I get a chance. I still regret that I left this company.

I was Quality assurance engineer there and use to work for improving quality of their PLM software Enovia. I use to design test strategies and test plan whenever there is a new feature get developed. Apart from this I use to be involved in defect finding
