Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Easy approachable HR. And good salary

I didn't met my appraisal yet even after a year. My friend got layed off. Nothing you can expect beyond salary (allowance, leaves, knowledge) per month 1.25 leave will be credited and every 6 months it will get flushed to 5days only carry forward.
