working culture here is very friendly and respectable. Everybody is very professional un their work. Everybody and most importantly the founder help his employees to grow more and learn new things. Working hours are flexible.

Dislikes

There are no such drawbacks as of now. Teams are kind of small as per the project sizes but they manage to complete the projects on time.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. They provide great exposure to freshers Projects given are top notch and big giants in the market. Other teams are supportive and very friendly Fresher can learn so much here if they are open to take challenges and responsibilities You will be awarded on good work every month. Each milestone is celebrated with the team

Dislikes

Management is very poor HR policies are mis-leading. Please read and confirm all the policies properly before joining. Very bad office politics. Please do right each and every conversation with the TL since if anything goes wrong TL can directly blame you since if it is not written. No seniors are there to guide you. Hiring is poor. Extensive work hours even on weekends without overtime compensation. No proper process planning is done before doing the project....Read More
