Digital Marketing head is more like event manager. Never she helps in projects. No direction is given. Other departments are better. You will be fired if one mistake you do. She has time for all fun activities but not for projects. Worst experience.

It is my first experience of working with an agency and it is awesome, I enjoy a lot working at 3 minds digital because they are very open to all my questions and i get to learn a lot they also undertake several session in which they talk about employees personal aspiration and growth and work as well for the welfare of the employees
