There is no job security here. Worst management with completely orthodox people around. Work culture is also very traditional as 90% of the employees are elders. They can ask you anytime to leave the company, no matter how great you're at your job. In some cases i have witnessed that the people are asked to leave immediately. It's astartup company with improper and poor management. No support during Covid pandemic, was asked to attend the office till the official lockdown was imposed.
