This company SOPs are terrible, HR Policy and leave policy is pathetic, they are providing 12 leaves per annum, you can take not more than 1 leave in a month, if you are taking 1 SL you need to provide hospital prescription along with medical bill, if you take more than 1 SL you need to submit the Discharge certificate, you cannot combine CL with SL, and you cannot take CL/SL with before or after week off/holiday if you take so it will be considered as LOP, if you log in lately even 1 min late will be considered as half day, they're not providing OT, and HR will say every year increment is not mandatory, They'll give hike of 2.5k to 3k once in a 2 years....Read More
