The management and the co-ordinators keep telling the teachers there are lot of complains against you... Parents have complained...But if the teachers ask what is the complain...the management and the co-ordinators have no answer to it... I guess complains come against the management as there are incidents when there is no teacher in class... children are waiting..parents do complains...because after every period there is a confussion because of their so called fantastic system...during the interview the management makes big promises...but actually everything is baseless...one fine morning they send a termination letter without any reason... During the pandemic instead of being there for the employees, they harras them...I have never seen such weak management in my life... So I request if you don't get any other job and you are desperate to get one...then you can join this online school.....Read More

well, the same people are rewarded every quarter in the Rewards and Recognition. In teh middle school, teh same teacher has been rewarded two consecutive times: EXTRA MILER. Out of a staff of 39, only the same person repeated. The management is not even worried about anything . No appreciation to people who work
