Firstly, I would like to say that it is a core sales company. the day you provide sales you are the king, the next day you don't, you are treated like a guy who is just taking a salary from the company without providing any work. I use to get calls from my manager as well as the owner of the company. until the time you perform in sales you are good, the next day you don't for whatsoever reason, you will be treated like a slave. I worked with them for 8 months and each month I use to give near about 1 lakh of sales or over that but still, they never use to recognize anyone who performs well. Also, I never received my incentive. NEVER !!. incentives here are a myth. They do exist on paper but never I got one. Not even a single time. Your expenses will get delayed for no reason here. All, trust me guys the working environment is pathetic and culture as well. no work and personal life balance. if you don't get sales, you may have to work till late 8 or 9 in the field. The co workers especially the IT guys are goons.
