To all the haters ... if 1neclick is that much bad as you mentioned in your reviews then how you all stay 1 yr/1.5 yrs/ 2yrs/ 3 yrs in the same company.. then you must leave the company after 1 or 2 months if you didnt get the incentives or salaries on time ... so stop spreading the rumours. i am working in 1ne click online private company, i would like to inform all the haters of this company that the company owner Mr. Sukhdev Singh is optimistic person, he is very professional and helpful.it's great place to work. Some ex-employees give bad reviews it's very unprofessional behavior . at the end, i would like to say for haters........... "When the elephant passes, dogs bark."

Okay for beginners. But no scope for accountant. Because it is a service provider company. And for better accounting experience trading and manufacturing firm/company is best place instead of service providing companies

Firstly, I would like to say that it is a core sales company. the day you provide sales you are the king, the next day you don't, you are treated like a guy who is just taking a salary from the company without providing any work. I use to get calls from my manager as well as the owner of the company. until the time you perform in sales you are good, the next day you don't for whatsoever reason, you will be treated like a slave. I worked with them for 8 months and each month I use to give near about 1 lakh of sales or over that but still, they never use to recognize anyone who performs well. Also, I never received my incentive. NEVER !!. incentives here are a myth. They do exist on paper but never I got one. Not even a single time. Your expenses will get delayed for no reason here. All, trust me guys the working environment is pathetic and culture as well. no work and personal life balance. if you don't get sales, you may have to work till late 8 or 9 in the field. The co workers especially the IT guys are goons.

They celebrate every festival and they have a good team.

Dislikes

They do not take care client and very money minded. They only want money and do not want to invest on service. They do not have money for client paid campaign. Always change rule according their benefit and cut money from salary even same one late 1-2 mintues who travels from long distance.
