Nothing..working @ 1neclik was a big mistake incentive appraisal or any other benefits is very far even they don’t pay salary on time I am from Kolkata branch and company didn’t pay salary to any staff.. finally it’s negative experience with 1neclick

Here only revenue matter they didn't bother about client services what the sales person committed to give service it's delivered properly they don't have any hr policy and rules salary is not credited on time salary depends on how much revenue is collected from that they provide salary So I prefer don't go to this company they are spoiling digital marketing concept only revenue no service is provided to client as well as employee is not satisfied as no job security

They provide salary when u achieve minimum 1.5 lakh otherwise u will get salary after 50 days

...other my friends do not work her because no further this company also employee . Company Director Mr Sukhdev Gill no pay salary on time no further for the employee

Okay for beginners. But no scope for accountant. Because it is a service provider company. And for better accounting experience trading and manufacturing firm/company is best place instead of service providing companies

No fixed salary time and salary being too late, Top management is too inactive and irresponsible.
