I have been working here for the past 3 years and I have had an amazing experience. I have seen myself grow professionally by leaps and bounds. The organization has a good culture that always promotes team bonding among colleagues. Also, one great thing is they always provide a platform to upskill for every person working here.

Dislikes

Rules should be the same for everyone. Some people bend the rules and no action is taken against them. This is a major dislike for me.

I like the values that company adheres to. Especially the work environment is very positive and enriching. The journey of the company is very encouraging.

Dislikes

Well nothing much to dislike about. But yes, intra-department communication should be improved. Also, seniors especially from development team should be more keen to ensure timely delivery of the projects and quality of the development.

I like the environment working with passionate colleagues! it's always exciting to brainstorm on new idea and get it executed. Sometimes we fails but that too we take it as learning. I like that approach.

Dislikes

People are not so much aware about this brand. That's the con part. But, I am sure, we will make it a known brand.
