Nothing to like about this company , pathetic culture and only think they give is mental torture

Dislikes

No projects with them have worked for 1 year , revamp of the same website , got no experience since their was no senior and I had joined as a freshers , they don’t give proper salary and appraisal system is very pathetic, wouldn’t Recommend anyone

not have proper work culture, not provide any clearity, ever manager and HR also not good, they always told you will help you in any suitation but in end they will fired you without any reason. this one of the patethic company. Even HR don't have a proper knowledge of HR policy.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
