Q1. How do you deal with customers/persons when they are avoiding your calls or messages when you try to ask payments from them.

Ans.

I would try to understand the reason behind their avoidance and find a solution that works for both parties.

  • I would send a polite reminder message or email to the customer, asking if there is any issue with the payment and if there is anything I can do to help.
