Lot of things Pls remove sales part from HDB it's credit oriented group where only making fun on the basis of sales performance throw hold files without knowing facts in this group sales person are fool only credit is good If credit is good then why set higher target for sales team

As it is required very frequent travel in my role of retail store and property acquisition, so work life balance is hammered.

Appraisal and other HR policies are good. Compensation and facilities are also good.

Promotion is a road blocker here. Also target based job.

...y gives proper training and time to prove oneself, which is very much important to get career growth simultaneously salary and appraisal ,we are doing innovations regularly within a year or two, little politics as usual which prevalent in every company I believe, after all a good working environment that makes work- life balance.

Dislikes

work environment is very good but one should be regular disciplined in their work.Somany gives time to improve oneself with proper training learning. Result oriented , disciplined and hard working persons should not worried about job security, anyway job security is better here .
