As an inter there the only thing they need to add is to pay the stipend to the interns.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair andthey give good salary hike andbonus every year.

There is a lot of political and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

We get to learn more when we go to workshop like NSO, revamps and we are allowed to show our creativity on visual hits.
