During tough times company supported all the employees with full salaries. We'll get all the traveling expenditures.

We are not getting enough time for our selfs. Even on week-off they'll call us to work place & during off working hours also we have to attend calls. There is lot of politics. Growth is too slow for VM. Salary is also not good as they mentioned something give something.

Job role is good but nobody supports VMs. I didn't get a formal training also. I can say I can learn more things but there's no one to look for our learning.

No proper hierarchy. Work environment is very stressful. Coming to the position of VMDM none of the satffs or managers are educated about this position. Also they aren't supportive because there is no coordination between VM and operations in the higher-end.
