...pping the salaries of the employees on the basis of admissions, fees collection. Leaving employees salary not settling and not crediting. My advice is that , any organisation should send the employee happily by settling the working days salary. Every employee should feel happy and good relationship with organisation. After leaving the organisation employee should not do propaganda that " Narayana school won't settle the leaving employees.No job security".

Healthy working environment, job security, salary is on time, Prioritize health and wellness above all during pandemic, work from home in present situation of covid19.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow. There is bond of 3yrs .

Likes

New Teachers(freshers)can develop skills through work shops. Attending workshops showing one's own talent brings appraisal and promotion getting chances.

Dislikes

Work more, pay less like labourism. Work should be limited under working hours.But here,work at office,home and even sundays without holidays.Paid salaries are not worth to most of teachers.Some higher employees in school may play politics at local level that can't be known to the board members.Hence,Teachers becomes sufferers.

It has very good facility for children.,very good salary for staff.

Dislikes

It does not give equal opportunity in carrier development.
