The organisation is goal oriented and the goals are communicated clearly. Most leaders are not micro managers and give a platform for the teams to grow.

Dislikes

The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.

I recently joined here and I'm currently at the head office. It's truly commendable that the banks offer free lunch and snacks to their staff. That's no small feat! The commitment to corporate social responsibility at 5% is also highly valued. I'm really enjoying my time here!

Dislikes

...ve the bank could consider standardizing salaries in based upon to market value. Currently, the alignment of designation, experience, and salary seems off. If you could take a look at this, I would appreciate it.

Promotions are perfectly biased and illogical No matter how you work you may not be recognized if you have even a slight argument with leads for their mistakes Most of the senior consultants especially some lateral hiers lacks technical her knowledge and tries to be bossy which is spoiling actual Deloitte environment They act as abstraction between you and your managers where your efforts are not appreciated Long work hours

Focus more on qualification than output. Too many CAs at high level positions, so discriminate employees based on CA and Non CA rather than performance. Firm need to improve on diversity and inclusiveness

It's a reputed organization. U get salary at right time.

Dislikes

...is toxic. No recognition or appreciation for good work and no work life balance. Increment in salary is nominal. No Promotions to good employees rather are given to those who threatns to resign or on notice period.
