Managers and seniors are very supportive and the work culture is good. Salary & Perks facilities are good There are lots of things to learn or for skill development Birthday or work Anniversary celebration activities are there

There are no Rewards & Recognition

... to put in a lot of efforts which benefit down the line. Great pay and benefits. Pressure is there but if the company is paying high salary then obviously they would expect output.

Salary to the fresher's is a bit less, but its not that bad to start with.
