Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.

The location of company is very good. Along with that work environment is also good.

Package is not much. They offer very less package to employees. That is the only thing I really didn't like.

On our week off too, we are worried about reporting day. Already pending work is there. Mentally it is very difficult because of mis management.
