Salary package and increment is provided is very good when you join IEnergizer.

Dislikes

Attendance policy is not good if somebody forgot to punch out then that same day salary get deducted whether he has worked for the entire day. Also the policies are not employee centric. Overall, Attendance,Leave ,Break and punching/out policy is also not employee friendly.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. The company has flexibility in working hours and also have good salary.

only one thing i want is that before booking a trial the criteria of the student needs to be cleared as it affects our rate of classes completed

... problems faced by trainers. They make the trainers to promote about bhanu only. No job security at all and they pay less at FNF

It is a great to place to work and start your career. Lot of growth opportunities provided if you perform well. Until and unless you quit the job concentrix will never let go off their employees. I can guarantee on job security and company takes care of their employees with almost care.

Only concern is salary. They don't pay for what we work.

In this company career growth is good depend upon you, salary on time, salary decide your previous salary.

Company is good but appraisal is only one cycle.
