Company culture, skills development and learning will be there, Work satisfaction, everything except salary.

Dislikes

Salary growth won't be there for the long timers that is not only in Wipro. Which will be there in all service based company until we do a jump. There won't be any financial growth

Multiple learning opportunities and job security.

Dislikes

Salary too low for employees who are part of the organization from long time. No balance in salary, years of experience and bands. People having 6 years of exp also have Senior Test Lead designation and people having 16 years of exp too having same designation. Managers who are old employees will have way too lesser salary then the Junior employees who are recently hired under them.

1. Good work culture and good colleagues but depends on projects 2. Variable pay is good but hike is not great 3. Work life balance is good/bad based on projects. I had great work life balance, team culture, and colleagues one 1 project but horrible team, culture and manager in another.

Dislikes

Nothing concrete as a dislike, it can be both good or bad depending on which project you are assigned to.

Till now there is no issue or delay in compensation. Managers/Seniors always try to educate and help

...I really liked the culture. But now, due to management changes, culture changed. Also the compensation policies are not meeting industry standards
