I would say employees friendly and they give priority to employees and their concerns always.
There are many reasons to say like Job security and work life balance.
and at the same time internal events where all employees can engage each other without knowing or working with them.
I have a concern on salary packages , salaries should be justified as per the employees experience.

No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination

...ays employees are asked to resign. This is the only one part which is a concern. Obviously you are LTI is paying Advance Salary of 90 days but what if the employee wants to continue for long in the Org. Also, without even giving a single opportunity to prove him/her self with an Interview, the employees is asked to resign after 70 days of Bench Ageing. Agreed that keeping employee on Bench and paying for long doesn't work and its a loss for the company. Instead you can change some policies like Half Pay after 60/70 days of Bench Ageing. Consider a scenario when its a freeze time like Nov-Jan where the Openings are very less in the market. Also, the Client are not ready to sign any contract with LTI due to freeze time. In such cases, the candidate will become jobless from both sides. Everyone has so many commitments to handle.
