From salary prospective it's good,

Dislikes

Infrastructure..feels like I'm in government office, very small office, and even dirty, no growth,

Likes

It used to get good projects and have decent expectations on future projects and growth, but post covid it's loosing its charm.

Dislikes

No or negligible bonus, no or very less (<5%) hike for most people no matter how you perform. Many layoffs no projects many on bench(between. Assignments)

Likes

Learning and colleagues are very good. Environment is very friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good and technology is old need to switch to new technologies.

Likes

- Excellent work culture in Testing projects - Helpful teammates - Least opportunity to learn cutting edge technology, worst training features - Job Security is never a concern. Work life balance is a pro. - Career growth is a bit stagnant due to large number of hiring and few opportunities - Payscale is low. they try to compensate with yearly appraisal but sometimes that is also not up to the mark

Dislikes

Pay scale is low. Appraisal evaluation has no proper record, solely depends on reporting manager. Performance should be evaluated properly.

Likes

The company has a good record in terms of job security and salary. Also the work life balance over here is good.

Dislikes

Career growth over here is constant and not exponential, very minimal scope of innovation and new technology.
