On time salary as i have worked in go ai operations on contractual basis so i can't say about promotions coming to salary part its not great but yeah average

Too much unnecessary targets for the salary we get , micromanagement by managers . No carrer development in operations so better think before joining

Gives complete job satisfaction.Encouraging people around, lot of onsite opportunities .Great place to work if utilized properly

Salary and Appraisal is quite low for freshers, but is a great advantage for experienced. No frequent project rotation.

...ck, well this is good company for freshers I got to learn a lot here though, if you join as a fresher salary is not that up to the mark but experienced ones get excellent pay

Hmmm....Since it is a small scale IT company ,Package might be less and Politics will always play around you as another company.
