Salary hike is not there, you have to please your senior's for correcting your salary. I joined max in 2012 at a salry of 2.88 and after 8 years my slaary was 3.88.see the inequality for the employee.

Company work culture fantastic, salary on time, very friendly working environment, all team Mets are working for one goal I.e. highest business growth.

Area which needs to improvement I.e. traveling policy's need to be revised, and work on tested product were as no of sku.
